La construcción de la paz local en el País Vasco desde el diálogo multiactor. El caso de Beasain

Resumen

La última década de la vida política y social en el País Vasco ha estado marcada por el final de la actividad armada de ETA, y por el desarrollo de un proceso de paz con un fuerte protagonismo de la acción social e institucional a nivel local y autonómico. En este trabajo, se presenta un diálogo multiactor, mediante un proceso de investigación-acción participativa, para el desarrollo de la paz y la convivencia a nivel local en el País Vasco, concretamente en el municipio de Beasain. El estudio se fundamenta en los planteamientos de la paz compleja y la paz local, y muestra un proceso de trabajo entre agentes sociales y político-institucionales, cuyo resultado es la construcción colectiva de propuestas en materia de reparación de víctimas y memoria, derechos de las personas presas y participación ciudadana para la paz. Finalmente, se exponen algunas reflexiones en torno al enfoque de la paz local y el diálogo multiactor.
