The objective of this work is to analyze the impoverishment ¡n fifteen countries of the scope of the OECD from a dynamic perspective (decades of 80 and 90) using the gender perspective through the comparison of data got from the data sets of the Luxemburg Income Study. With the data on poverty in the eighty and the ninety and once established the gender differences (in social poverty, transferences, monetary income from the market, among others), the authors consider different models that explain the general impoverishment in every decade from the gender perspective. One concludes with a model that shows the structural dynamic of the impoverishment.
