Abstract

This work is about one of the most important problem of surveys, namely, the difficulty to choose a representative sample of the whole population because of the high number of non-respondents. Two are the factors that take part in this situation: the big number of empty houses, and the reñise of the selected people. The aim of this study is to show a lot of methods that increase the participation of the people, to improve the quality and response rate in the surveys research.
