Representaciones sociales de los paisajes forestales: un estudio de caso en España sobre la relación entre las dinámicas de cambio forestal, el sentido de la propiedad y la gestión sostenible

Resumen


Los bosques son paisajes forestales fundamentales amenazados en el Suroeste de Europa por la degradación y el abandono. Esta investigación aborda cómo los diferentes grupos de actores locales involucrados en la gestión forestal de montes privados en el sur de Aragón (España) perciben, interpretan y narran sus paisajes forestales. A partir de 30 entrevistas cualitativas se han identificado cuatro divergentes discursos socioecológicos en los que se plasman las representaciones sociales de los actores. Se concluye destacando las direcciones en las que debería trabajarse en las políticas públicas para incrementar la sostenibilidad de los paisajes forestales y cambiar los actuales y divergentes discursos: revisión de las relaciones de los derechos de propiedad y uso, incremento del conocimiento interno y externo del manejo forestal y estado de los montes, y apertura a nuevos actores y nuevas formas de interacción asentadas en la cooperación y la innovación social.
